About Us
The Regency Care Home is owned by Norma Martin Care Homes Limited and managed by Norma Martin.
Norma is a Registered Nurse and a Specialist Practitioner in community nursing with 29 years' experience in the care of the elderly, of which she has worked 14 years in the acute hospital sector and 15 years in the community sector.
In 2002 Norma Martin obtained her BSc (Hons) Degree in Community Health Care and then secured a post as a District Nursing Sister within the Lewisham Primary Care Trust. In 2005 Norma decided to start up her own company, Norma Martin Care Homes Ltd.
The Director of The Regency is Norma Martin BSc (Hons) Health Care DN, RN, SEN, and her daughter Symone Martin MSc BA (Hons) is a shareholder.

The Regency Care Home currently employs 17 staff of which all receive training in the home’s philosophy and values, as the home is fully committed to staff learning and development.
